Christine Dawood is an Organisational Psychologist, Executive Coach, and Agent for Change with a strong belief that everybody can reach their true potential. She is the founder of Next Step Now Ltd., a UK based consultancy specialising in executive coaching, leadership development, and wellbeing at the workplace.
Christine has over 20-years of work experience across a range of sectors, including retail, textiles, engineering, agriculture, consultancy, mental health, training and development and change management. She believes business success is driven by effective leaders who are self-aware and committed to their own growth and behaviour change.
Christine helps her clients to work and lead in diverse and global markets and across cultures. She is adept at helping her clients connect their personal strengths and leadership style to career success and achieving business goals. Drawing on a range of psychological and organisational models and approaches: cognitive-behavioural, person-centred, solution-focused, and strengths-based methodologies.
Christine has lived in various countries, spanning from Pakistan to Singapore. This, along with her upbringing in Germany, gives her a knowledge base on various different cultures, giving her an understanding of the many nuances in individual’s behaviours.
Certifications and credentials
Christine completed a specialised Executive Masters in ‘Consulting and Coaching for Change’ from Oxford University and HEC, Paris, a MSc in ‘Occupational and Business Psychology’ from Kingston University, London and is an ICF and AC cognitive-behavioural Coach. She is a Resilience Engine practitioner and accredited in the application of Hogan, Strenghtscope and ECR (Emotional Capital Report).
